Renovation

In August 2017, we began a complete renovation of the former Julius Spang Baking Company building. Pre-existing heating, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems were removed. Structural repairs were made in steel, masonry, and wood. The roof was completely replaced. The pre-existing windows were replaced with contemporary compatible windows custom-fabricated to match the original detailing. Existing stairwells were restored, new stairs and ramps added, and both elevators replaced. New interior walls were built, along with all-new mechanical systems, drywall and finishes.
